Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free shipping for any order over $99.99 is available to the Continental United States, excludes Alaska and Hawaii. If you are ordering from Alaska or Hawaii the appropriate shipping cost will be applied at checkout. If the order is on backorder, it will ship within 5-10 business days and you will be notified. All orders will be charged at the time of purchase. On all Next-day/two-day shipping, orders must be received prior to 4:00pm CST applies to Monday – Friday only (excluded days, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Orders must be returned unused and within 30 Days of Receipt. At time of receipt of returned order, you will receive a refund less the restocking fee.
RESTOCKING POLICY: Selecting replacement parts and filters can be difficult, so you will never be charged a re-stocking fee if you call or email to ensure you are placing the correct order. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs on all parts that are returned due to incorrect ordering. A 25% restocking fee will apply on a case-by-case basis.

All motors and ozones come with a 90-day warranty from the day of purchase. 1-year warranties on Balboa Topsides, Control Packs, PC Boards, and Heaters. Shipping is not included in the warranties of the products listed here. If you, the customer, return any of the said listed items back to Master Hot Tub Parts you, said customer, are responsible for the shipping cost.
Free shipping is not available on International Shipments (including AK and HI). Customers shipping outside the continental United States are responsible for any additional duties and taxes depending on shipment location and cost of goods.
