The 8′ x 11′ (94” x 132”) Master Spas® swim spa replacement cover is a Master Spa Factory OEM replacement part. All swim spa covers are made specifically to fit your Master Spas swim spa and come 5″ thick in the middle and taper off to 3″.  This cover includes an energy-efficient 1.5 lb foam density and a 24 R-value, with a full-length heat seal and upgraded rubber grip handles (included!). They are also available in 13 different colors to match the aesthetic of your hot tub area.

The 8′ x 11′ (94” x 132”) Master Spa Factory OEM swim spa replacement cover is made of energy-efficient six-inch foam insulation that tapers down to four inches along the sides, and has a 1.5lb foam density – all of which helps prevent a lot of heat loss from your swim spa! It is made of high-end marine-grade vinyl that helps to prevent mildew, UV ray damage, and more.

Additional replacement cover highlights include:

• EPS Foam Cores With Taper – As stated above, the cover has a 5″ foam insulation that tapers to 3″, as well as a 1.5lb foam density, which helps to prevent moisture from seeping into your swim spa cover.
• Full-Length Heat Seal – The full-length heat seal helps to securely keep in a lot of your swim spa heat – as it prevents the heat from escaping. On the outside of the heat seal is a 12 oz. chemically resistant vinyl scrim.
• Three-Panel Skirt Design – The cover skirt that is located around the edge of your swim spa cover also keeps in the heat. It also prevents dirt and other outside elements from getting into your swim spa in general.
• Two rubber grip handles (upgraded) – These rubber grip handles are updated from your typical cover handle. They help you to easily lift up your swim spa cover and move it around.
• Four Release/Lock Hardware Connections – With the release/lock hardware connectors, you have built-in locking straps to keep your swim spa cover safe and secure.
• Galvanized Steel Brackets – This feature takes the term ‘secure’ to a whole new level – making your swim spa cover stronger than ever.
• Bottom Vinyl – There is vinyl located on the bottom of the cover as well, that is mildew treated and very reinforced (11 oz. reinforced weft)
• Double Stitched- This double stitching adds 27 points of strength and structural reinforcements at all the stress points on your cover – providing years of use.

The 8′ x 11′ Swim Spa covers take 8-12 weeks for delivery. Domestic shipping is free. We apologize to all international customers as we are unfortunately unable to ship internationally.

All of our covers are shipped via FedEx freight, and you will need to sign for delivery. Please provide a valid phone number for the order. We request that you inspect the cover for any damages and if the cover shows any signs of damage, please refuse delivery. Also, please be aware that these covers ship in a large wooden crate, so more than one person will be needed to accept and move the item.
